Updates....

Ok, so it's been awhile, but we've been CRAZY BUSY! Jeff is now a car saleman at Stan Morri Ford in Tracy (go see him if you want a good deal!) and so his hours are long. Dina feels like a single mom and any family events have been without Jeff. But, here are a few things that have been going on....

Dina took Katarina in to have her hair trimmed and noticed someone with the cute bob cut. She decided once Jeff came home, she would cut her hair. Originally she planned to wait until it was long enough to donate, but with the wicked hot weather and starting back up teaching in Tracy Unified, a new look was called for. Plus, Dina turns 30 on Monday, so she felt like she needed to do something wild for it!

Father's Day was hard with out Jeff. He worked (as ALL car saleman do) on Sunday, but Dina tried her best to fix breakfast for him before he had to go in. Dina then took the kids to Modesto to meet up with her dad, step mom and bro's (with their significant others) at Mimi's cafe for brunch in Modesto. The kids were well behaved and we enjoyed a leisured meal! David was so cute! He must have gotten a sugar rush from all the fruit he ate. Once he was finished (well, actually before he was even done) he had the major giggles. We were all just chuckling because he doesn't do that very often and it reminded us of how much he's come along since becoming a part of our family.

The day before Father's Day was Taylor's (Dina's cousin) graduation party. That's right-her Baby Girl is officially off to college. She'll be attending UOP in the fall! The party was tons of fun and Dina's Nino rented a velcro wall and a sumo wrestling get up! Taylor and her boyfriend were hilarious and Dina got some good pictures. :) There was an incident with a guest at the party, however, that had pre-existing medical issues. It was amazing to watch Dina's brother, David, act as a first responder. His firefighter skills really showed and David remained calm throughout the whole thing to make sure the guest was okay. He also acted as a liason with the medics that eventually came. Dina is one proud big sis!
